Your privacy is our priority. Piti: Smart Mac Organizer is designed to process and organize your files entirely locally on your Mac.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Piti does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data, files, or folder contents. All file scanning, categorization, and tagging processes (including leveraging Apple's native NaturalLanguage framework and PDFKit) occur 100% locally on your device. We do not have servers, and your data never leaves your computer.

2. Third-Party Analytics

We respect your privacy completely and do not use any third-party analytics, tracking algorithms, telemetry, or crash-reporting SDKs inside the app.

3. Network Access

The only network access required by the app is a periodic check of the public iTunes Search API to determine if a newer version of Piti is available on the Mac App Store. No personally identifiable information or usage metrics are ever sent during this simple version check.
